33-day returns
You have 33 days from delivery to return any WESLAMIC product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
How to start a return
- Contact support via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number
- We send you the return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop it off at the carrier — we process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the return
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days to appear.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, damaged, or altered, unless they arrived faulty.
Faulty items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 33 days and we will replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
